He was a witness at the marriage of Demetrius Petrocochino & Cleopatra Penelope Galatti.

Pandia Agelasto was among the six Greeks born in Marseille between 1821-1830 who declared their intention to become French citizens the year following their reaching majority age. The others included Leonidas Argenti, Demetrius Petrocochino, Pierre Rodocanachi, Aristide Dromacaiti, Etienne Ralli, Meandre Zizinia, Eustratius Petrocochino, Laurent Dromocaiti and Etienne Schilizzi (Echinard)
