In addition to he and his son Emmanuel, it involved Emanuel George Franghiadi & son Stephen Emanuel (London Gazette 25 Mar 1870, 13 May 1870, 6 July 1875). A third and fourth dividend paid 1s. 4d. and 10d. in the pound, respectively (London Gazette 13 Aug 1872, 24 July 1874).

    Stephen Franghiadi was in partnership with Alex. Contostavlo [probably Alexander (Pandely) Condostavlo], as Contostavlo & Co., merchants, until 31 Aug 1824. The latter partner continued the business (London Gazette 28 May 1825).

    S. Frangiadis is listed as a warden for the Greek Church of Manchester, 1848-1849 & 1849-1850.
