Rodocanachi family and two doors down from the Constantine M. Ralli family.

    1881 England census [West Derby rural]: Locherby Road, West Derby, Lancashire: Augustus S. Agelasto, 66, married; unmarried sons Stephen, 28, both , cotton brokesr, b. Greece; John, 26, cotton salesman, b. Liverpool; Tryphon, 17; daughters Aspasia, 16; Lucie, 14, all scholars, b. Liverpool; & 2 servants.

    On being informed by letter of her marriage (after the fact) by her daughter Errieta, she wrote that she "regretfully considered her dughter's decision folly, predicted that it would come to a melacholy conclusion but nevertheless hoped against hope that she might find happiness on the unheard-of island [Skyros] where she now elected to live with a man young enough to be her son."

    Christened:
    Archimandrite Constantine Stratoulis officiating; The Greek Gazette gives date 24 May 1866.

    Name:
    Argenti calls her Loukia.

    Birth:
    Argenti says 24 May 1866, but this conflicts with the 12 May 1866 date of baptism, according to the church register.

    Grove Street, according to the baptism register, probably means the residence on Falkner Terrace, the cross street.

    Lucia married Tiberio (Styliano) Perdicidi on 24 Nov 1890 in Constantinople/Istanbul Turkey. Tiberio (son of Styliano Perdicidi and Marigo Christianidi) was born on 21 Jul 1842 in Smyrna/Izmir, Turkey; died on 12 Apr 1917 in Smyrna/Izmir, Turkey. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

    J. Lord identifies her as Julia Perdikidi, more than ten years younger than her sister. On receiving news from her sister of the latter's marriage, she "was very happy for her elder sister, foresaw that all would be bliss for bride and groom forever and asked for photographs, which their mother had pointedly omitted to do."

    J. Lord suggests she was born around 1906.

    Died:
    John Tryphon Agelasto, her cousin, was appointed co-executor (with Emmanuel Xenophon Casdagli) of her estate. Her date of death was erroneously listed in the legal notice as 18 Sep 1965. Solicitors: Treatrail & James, Station Road, New Milton, Hants.
