Agelasto, 23, unmarried, born Chios, arrived Syros 1827, merchant, swore allegiance to the Greek government at the town hall, Ermoupolis. 14 Mar 1855: Augustus A. Agelasto, 25, unmarried, born Chios, merchant, swore allegiance to the Greek government at the town hall, Ermoupolis. Travel: a Mr. Agelasto visited Douglas, Isle of Man, September 1882, staying at the Peveril Hotel for a week. This is the day before the eldest Sullivan sister, known as Minnie, married.   Notes	Augustus Agelasto is listed as the father of the bride in a marriage that took place 7 Jun 1885 at Douglas, Isle of Man, UK. The bride was Edith Mary Sullivan, 22 [b. abt 1863]. The groom was Peter Kewley, 29 [b. abt 1856], father John Kewley. The name has been apparently misindexed as 'Augustus Apelesto' by LDS on their website. Possible candidates for Miss Sullivan's paternity are: Augustus (Stephanos) Agelasto, who lived in Liverpool not far from the Sullivan sisters, and Augustus (Cosi) Agelasto. Both, however, died before the marriage of the younger sister in 1885.
