Three of the children of Ioannis (Constantin) Sinadino and Polyxeni (Ambrouzis) Schilizzi, are connected by marriage to the Agelasto or Negroponte-Agelasto bloodlines. Nicolas's wife was Despina Agelasto; Calliope's husband was Jacques Negroponte; and Cleanthe's husband was George Ralli.
