    He invested in the Commercial Bank of Alexandria Limited (London Gazette 25 Feb 1887). Theodore Michel Ralli, Esq. was a director of the Commercial Bank of Alexandria, Ltd, 1879 (Murray's Handbook Advertiser, May 1879, p. 38).

    "There was a Theodore, according to the Trade Directories in the late 1840s and early 1850s, who had places of business as a merchant in Liverpool (Birkenhead), Manchester and London, but I have found no mention of him in England after 1853. I do not suppose we shall know definitely whether Theodore ever came to England..."(Andrew Serjeant).

    Theodore Michael Ralli was partners with Constantine Michael Ralli, Antonio Michael Raili, Stephen Psicha, Theseus Psicha, George Psicha and Hector Psicha in Ralli and Psicha, Liverpool and as Antonio M. Ralli, General Merchants, Alexandria, Egypt when the latter two partners retired 8 May 1871 (London Gazette 27 Oct 1871). Stephen Psicha left the firm 31 Oct 1872 (London Gazette 25 Dec 1877).
