M.G. Franghiadi was one of four tenement inspectors who lost their $1,200/year jobs, apparently without cause, the replacement employees being patronage recipients. "Jobs for Sullivanites. Tenement Head Puts Out 4 Inspectors and Puts in "Big Tim's" Men," New York Times, 4 Apr 1906, p. 18.
