He was the director of the Choremi-Benachi Cotton Co. branch in Boston from about 1907 to sometimes after WW I. After his return to Egypt he still travelled to the USA for the company, according to his grandson Augustin (Tino).

Sinadino, Alexandria-born Greek, merchant, arrived in New York on 24 Jul 1920 aboard Aquitania which had sailed from Liverpool, England on 18 Jul 1920. He gives Boston, MA as his final destination [corrected in handwriting to Liverpool] and lists as his next of kin: "Mrs. Sinadino (Mother), Statins Seffer Ramleh, Alexandria."

In 1927 Augustus Synadinos, director of Choremis-Benakis Company, was chairman of the board of the "Chiot Brotherhood" of Alexandria, a society founded in March 1909, the object of which was "moral and material mutual help" as well as raising funds for philanthropy projects on the home island. A.T. Sinadino was a member of 1941 advisory committee to Cotton Buying Commission, Egypt.

It appears that each of Xenophon Constantinidi's three children became attached to the Agelasto or Negroponte-Agelasto bloodlines through marriage. The bloodlines included Evrydiki's the mother-in-law, the wife of her brother Spiro (1880-1960), and the son-in-law of her sister Euterpe (1871-1962).

Sturdza says Eurydice is the daughter of Pandely Constantinidi and Julia Negroponte.
