The birth certificate of her son, Nicolas Antoine, indicates 'mother unknown.' The certificate was later amended to note that his mother was Marie Zygomala and the parents were married 13 Dec 1876.

According to Argenti Nicolas' mother was Marigo (George) Calvocoressi.

Nicolas Calvocoressi was among the 327 Chiot refugees in Syros who signed a letter dated 10 Jul 1829 to the Governor of Greece.

The 1860 Census for Ermoupolis, Syros reports a household consisting of Nicolas Calvocoressi, 55, male, married, parent, merchant; his wife Angherou, 40, and their sons Demetrius (22, clerk, single) and Anthony (14, pupil).

Nikolaos Calvocoressis was elected Parliamentary Deputy from Syros.
