He gave £1000 to the trustees of the Greek Orthodox Church of St Nicholas, Liverpool, for reduction of the existing debt on the church, or, if the debt should have been paid off, then for beautifying, restoring, or repairing the church, among other bequests.

    1921 Census Of England & Wales includes: Marietta Vlasto, b. 1849, Russia; Olga Vlasto, b. 1889, Liverpool; Despina Vlasto, b. 1859; Aziza Vlasto, b. 1884, Liverpool; in a household in Toxteth Park, Lancashire.

    Three children of Stephanos Ambrouzis Ralli & Despina Omiro -- Calliope and her siblings Alexandra and Ambrouzis -- are on the Negroponte-Agelasto tree.

    The "late Mrs. Calliope Vlasto (a daughter of Stephen Ambrose Ralli Chattas)" is thanked by the authors in the introduction to A Pedigree of the Rallis of Scio.
