In 1861 the George E. Scaramanga and Peter Rodocanachi families lived at numbers 123 and 125, respectively. Son Peter P. Rodocanachi lived there in 1889.

From at least 1891 to the 1950s the stretch of Bayswater Road facing Hyde Park between Clarendon Place and Albion Street was called Hyde Park Terrace (but not so on Charles Booth 1898 map). Pandia and Alexandra Rodocanachi lived at 13 Hyde Park Terrace with their son Peter in 1891.

With the repeal of the Corn Laws and the boom in trading that followed, the Baltic Exchange moved to the South Sea House (between 1857 - 1866) and then left the Threadneedle Street building in 1903 for the location now occupied by 30 St Mary Axe [The Gherkin]. P. P. Rodocanachi and Co., Merchants, were located at South Sea House, Threadneedle Street, London (1878-1905).

  Headstones		West Norwood Cemetery Peter Pandia and Jenny Rodocanachi and their son Pandia Peter were buried in the double Argenti-Schilizzi plot, according to cemtery records. Their names are not among those inscribed on the tomb, nor those of their grandsons Peter Pandia Rodocanachi and Paul Harold Rodocanachi.

Rodocanachi along with P. Sechiari , 2 Bishopsgate Street, London, was co-liquidator of the Archangel Marine Insurance Company Limited London Gazette 18 August 1885. He was in partnership with, M.G. Mavrogordato (cited below) and Pandely A. Mavrogordato in the firm of P. P. Rodocanachi and Co., Merchants, at South Sea House, Threadneedle Street, London, as Merchants, until the latter left the firm effective 31 Dec 1892 (London Gazette 3 Jan 1893). Likely, either he or his father founded the firm P.P. Rodocanachi & Co., merchants, 1 King's Arms Yard, Moorgate Street, London and, until he retired 31 Dec 1906, was partners with Michel George Mavrogordato and George Michel Mavrogordato. (London Gazette 8 Jan 1907). Emmanuel Theodore Seehiari left the firm 31 Dec 1904 (London Gazette 10 Jan 1905). The business moved to 40/41 Old Broad Street, EC 2, London; later partners included Constantin Manoli Vassiliadi and Theodore Michel Mavrogordato (London Gazette 26 Feb 1929). It was in business some decades later at 65 London Wall, London E.C.2., London (London Gazette 9 Feb 1965). He was a co-executor of the estate of John Michael Zarifi, 6 Norfolk Street, Park Lane, Middlesex (d 6 June 1919) (London Gazette 29 Jul 1919). Pandia P.
