Pink marble columns with white marble antae protect a life-size marble female statue dressed in classical robes, clasping a crucifix, which stands on a pink granite plinth."

Theodore Emmanuel Schilizzi was in business with Coco George Scaramanga [probably George (Nicolas) Scaramanga], Leonidas Pandeli Argenti [probably , Leonidas (Pandély) Argenti], Michel George Schilizzi, Leoni Ambrose Argenti and George Ambrose Argenti, as Merchants, 43 Finsbury Circus, London; 40 Dickinson Street, Manchester, England; 4 rue de l'Arsenal, Marseille, France and Calcutta, under the firm of Argenti, Schilizzi & Co (London Gazette 1 Jan 1875). The business was dissolved on 31 Dec 1875 (London Gazette 7 Jan 1876). Schilizzi, head, 41, general merchant, born Constantinople, lived at 90 Westbourne Terrace, Paddington, London, with wife Fanny, 30, born London Finsbury; sons Manoli, 7; Antoni, 6; Pandia, 4; and daughter Nina, 1, all born Paddington; and eight domestic servants. Th. Schilizzi is listed among a delegation which met with Lord Derby of the Foreign Office to discuss the British role in and the threat to Greek merchants' interests due to strife between Greece and Turkey (The Times [London], 6 Feb 1878). T.E. Schilizzi gave £10 to the Cephalonia Earthquake Relief Fund (The Pall Mall Gazette [London], 7 Mar 1867). 1864: T.E. Schilizzi worked for Argenti Sechiari according to the Thacker's Directories, Calcutta. [2]
