    Thomas Zizinia was among the nine Greeks born in Marseille after 1830 who declared their intention to become French citizens the year following their reaching majority age. The others included D.[emosthenes] Agelasto, Nicolas Andre Argenti, Michel Rodocanachi and Andre Aristide Zizinia [probably Aristide Andre Zizinia] (Echinard).

    Founding member NY Cotton Exchange. 1873: among the 12 Greek merchants maintaining membership in the New York Produce Exchange. 1883-1910: member of the Consolidated Stock Exchange, New York. 1881-1889: involved in the Savannah [Georgia] Cotton Exchange, elected director in 1884. He represented Paul S Galatti in 1878 & 1879.
