Jean A. Proļos, 55, b. Chios, married, having arrived Syros 1822, clerk, swore allegiance to the Greek state on 1 July 1846 at the town hall, Ermoupolis, Syros.
1860 Syros census includes household headed by John Proļos, 70, bailiff, widower; sons Anthony, 33, merchant; Constantine, 30, school teacher.
