Theodore Ralli was partners in the firm of Ralli and Mavrojani, in London, Manchester, Calcutta, Corfu, and Constantinople, and under the firm of Ralli, Vlasto, and Co., in Marseilles, until it expired 31 Dec 1855. Other partners included: Alexander Ralli [possibly Alexander (Michalis) Ralli ], Constantine Theodore Ralli, Spiridion Mavrojani, Peter I. Vlasto [possibly Petros (Zannis) Vlasto], Ambrose Theodore Ralli, Pandia Theodore Ralli, Demetrio The. Ralli, and James The. Ralli.

Theodore Michael Ralli / Theod. Michl. Ralli, merchant, Alexandria, was an investor in the Bank of Alexandria Limited (London Gazette 27 Feb 1873, 26 Feb 1876 / 27 Feb 1875).

He invested in the Commercial Bank of Alexandria Limited (London Gazette 25 Feb 1887). Theodore Michel Ralli, Esq. was a director of the Commercial Bank of Alexandria, Ltd, 1879 (Murray's Handbook Advertiser, May 1879, p. 38).

"There was a Theodore, according to the Trade Directories in the late 1840s and early 1850s, who had places of business as a merchant in Liverpool (Birkenhead), Manchester and London, but I have found no mention of him in England after 1853. I do not suppose we shall know definitely whether Theodore ever came to England..."(Andrew Serjeant).

Theodore Michael Ralli was partners with Constantine Michael Ralli, Antonio Michael Raili, Stephen Psicha, Theseus Psicha, George Psicha and Hector Psicha in Ralli and Psicha, Liverpool and as Antonio M. Ralli, General Merchants, Alexandria, Egypt when the latter two partners retired 8 May 1871 (London Gazette 27 Oct 1871). Stephen Psicha left the firm 31 Oct 1872 (London Gazette 25 Dec 1877).

Ralli Mavrojani was the oldest Greek house in India, established in 1852.
