The testator leaves to his son Alexander his freehold residence, No. 10, Heene-terrace, Worthing, and his house and grounds in his native island of Scio; to his son Pandia, his freehold house, No. 2, Heene-terrace; to his son Paul, his freehold house, No. 3, Heene-terrace; to his son George, a freehold garden and some land at Worthing; to his daughter Mrs. Polymnia Peter Scaramanga, £50,000; upon trust for his daughter Antonina, £50,000; to his daughters Mrs. Fanny Theodore Schilizzi and Mrs. Virginia Demetrius Spartali, £20,000 each; to his son-in-law Mr. Schilizzi, £5000; to his son-in-law Mr. Scaramanga, £1000; to the public school in the island of Scio, £500; to the Hospital of the Island of Scio and the special Hospital for the Leprous in the same island, £250 each; and legacies to two clerks, and to domestic servants.
